Main tasks
- Carry out the complete accounting cycle
- Enter data including month-end entries
- Carry out purchases, payroll, invoicing to customers
- Prepare shipping documents
- Ensure the control and follow-up of payments
- Produce the declarations of deductions at source and consumption taxes
- Performs all other administrative duties such as answering the phone and greeting visitors
Qualities and skills required
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Excellent command of the Excel application
- Knowledge of the Sage50 software
- Ability to manage multiple files
- Resourcefulness and autonomy
- Attention to detail and great rigor
- Planning and organization
- Teamwork and consultation
Qualifications required
- DEC in accounting
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
